Donations: When you make a donation to RainbowBetter, we may collect information, such as your name, email address, contribution amount, credit card number, and billing address.

Finding a Lawyer or Counselor: RainbowBetter works with a network of lawyers, counselors, and support services to facilitate connections to legal and mental health providers. If you request to find a lawyer or counselor, we may ask you to provide certain information to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and area of need (e.g., marriage, child custody, anxiety). Specific lawyers, counselors, and support services may have their own privacy policies regarding information collection and sharing. Please refer to those policies for additional details regarding information collected when you connect with a specific provider.
Volunteer and Service Provider Applications: We will collect any information you provide to us when you apply to be a volunteer or Service Provider with RainbowBetter, including your resume and references.
Information We Collect Automatically From Your Use of the Site: When you use our Site, we and our third party providers may collect information from you through automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. By using the Site, you consent to the placement of cookies, beacons, and similar technologies in your browser and on emails in accordance with this Policy. To evaluate your request to provide you with a list of lawyers or counselors.
To evaluate your volunteer or Service Provider application.
To operate, maintain, enhance and provide features of the Site, to provide services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions, and otherwise to provide support to you.
To understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the Site, and to develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
To contact you for administrative and informational purposes. This may include providing customer service or sending communications, including changes to our terms, conditions, and policies, or invitations to join the service.
To personalize your experience on the Site by presenting products and offers tailored to you.
For marketing purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be useful, relevant, valuable, or otherwise of interest.

When we connect Applicants to Service Providers, we may provide information about Service Providers to Applicants to provide the service.
RainbowBetter works with third party providers who provide services such as website hosting, payment processing, data analysis, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, online advertising, auditing, and other services.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you. To do so, these companies may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on our Site and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different online services. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance. Security: We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to maintain the integrity and security of information that we collect. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and thus we cannot and do not guarantee the security of your data. It is important that you maintain the security and control of your account credentials, and not share your password with anyone.
Your Choices: From time to time, we send marketing e-mail messages to our users. If you no longer want to receive such emails from us on a going forward basis, you may opt-out via the “unsubscribe” link provided in each such email. You may also contact us as indicated below to have your name deleted from our email mailing lists.
Do Not Track: Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, our website does not currently respond to such signals.
Use of Services by Minors: We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Policy, then you may alert us at info@rainbowbetter.org.
If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and you wish to remove content that you publicly posted, you may submit a request by contacting us at info@rainbowbetter.org. Removing the public content does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information.
Your California Privacy Rights: A business subject to California Civil Code section 1798.83 is required to disclose to its customers, upon request, the identity of any third parties to whom the business has disclosed “personal information” regarding that customer within the immediately preceding calendar year. International Visitors: RainbowBetter is operated from within the United States. The Site is not intended for use outside of the United States.
