Christopher, CEO
Christopher is passionate about understanding the breadth of each person's unique life and helping the LGBTQ community plan for their future with the best legal and counseling representation.
By day, Christopher is a product manager at a Bay Area tech company. By night, he works from his home to connect LGBTQ people around the world to the community and resources that will help them thrive.
Agnes, CFO
Agnes Yip brings to RAINBOWBETTER with extensive leadership and finance experience. Most recently, she is in finance department in a leading video conference company in US. She previously hold leadership roles in sales operation and finance at fortune 200 global electronics company and she also had couple years of audit experience in US BIG 4 public accounting firm.
Agnes is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California, holds a MBA degree in Columbia Business School and Honour Bachelor degree in Economics in University of Toronto.
Cynthia, Head of Operations
Cynthia has work experience in both the United States and Japan. She worked as a liaison between the Japan office and their China supplier. Later, she worked as a sales associate in a fashion boutique where she met the customers from all over the world. She has also worked on several UX projects as a product designer.
She is originally from Beijing, China. She studied Media Communications at Tokyo Keizai University in Japan for undergraduate. She then earned a Masters in Fashion Merchandising from Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
Philip, CTO
Philip is a software engineer living in San Francisco who loves technology, art, and volunteering. He is also obsessed with doggies, particularly Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and has fostered 18 dogs over the years (but no corgis, sadly).
Philip received a B.A. in European History and a B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
Austin, Social Media Manager
Austin, (He/Him) joins with 12 years of LGBTQ organizing experience as an activist and mentor uplifting minority populations. He holds a certificate of having went to a volcano and a certificate of petting the worlds cutest dog, Molly.
Jeremy, Social Media Manager
Jeremy has experience with technology and Youtube. He likes to design images and edit videos. Jeremy is obsessed with dogs, and he absolutely loves his cute and submissive golden retriever.
Jeremy is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve in his field, and he is constantly learning and expanding his expertise. He is a quick learner who is able to adapt to new technologies and trends with ease, making him an invaluable asset to any team.

Kiana Moradi
KIana is the founding partner at Moradi Saslaw LLP, Family Law Attorneys. Her practice focuses on complex financial divorces and custody. She has been awarded Top Women Attorneys and Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine.
She graduated from Cornell Law School with 14 years of achieving successful outcomes for clients through negotiated agreements, mediation and litigation.
Alex Cardwell
Alex has been practicing family law exclusively since 2004. Alex represents clients in all areas of family law. He also serves as a mediator, assisting couples in negotiating their own divorce, and acts as a “consulting” attorney to assist clients who are in mediation.
Alex is a Senior Counsel at Moradi Saslaw and graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law.
David Tsai
David is a Partner in Pillsbury's San Francisco office and Co-Head of the firm's Taiwan practice. He has been quoted in various business and technology publications including The New York Times. David is the President of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. He also serves as a board member for a number of nonprofit organizations and institutions, including the University of California, Riverside and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
David graduated from Harvard University, Stanford University and Santa Clara University School of Law.
Scott Zimmermann
Scott is an Energy Lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He is experienced in energy and development, with a particular focus on renewable energy, environmental law, and international development.
Scott graduated from Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley - School of Law
Charles Spiegel
Charles's Bay Area legal practice includes pre and post nuptial planning and agreements, divorce and custody mediation, adoption, surrogacy and real estate matters.
Charlie served as Co-Chair of the National Board of Lambda Legal, and was a founding Executive Director of Our Family. Charlie also served on the Board of Directors for KidsTurn.org, Collaborative Practice California; and Collaborative Practice SF, and is a member of the national Family Law Institute.
